Karen Ann Myers is an artist, educator and curator. She received her MFA from Boston University and her BFA from Michigan State University. She is currently serving as the Executive Director at Redux Contemporary Art Center in Charleston, SC. In addition, Myers is an adjunct professor at the College of Charleston in the arts management department. She was instrumental in coordinating the Boston Young Contemporaries Exhibition, which has continued to be an annual exhibition at the 808 Gallery in Boston, MA. Myers has exhibited her work extensively throughout the country. Her paintings and prints exist nationally in private collections and have most recently been exhibited at Luis de Jesus gallery in Los Angeles, CA, Robert Steele Gallery in NY, NY, at the Commonwealth Gallery in Boston, MA, the Katzen Arts Center in Washington, DC, FAB gallery at South Carolina State University, Dalton Gallery at Agnes Scott College in Atlanta, GA and SCOOP Studios in Charleston, SC.
